Special towing information
Towing mirrors must be used and are avaiable for hire $25 per hire … we have 1 brake controller and 3 vans .. so if you are wanting to tow and don’t have electric brakes fitted to your vehicle you can hire a portable brake controller from me..for $99 so please let me know when you inquire as the controller may be booked … if it is booked you can hire one from Camplify ..but must give them at least 2 weeks notice …

Hiring rules
- Please no smoking in or around the van … Stella will be covid cleaned before each hire .. but she must also be bought back clean and tidy as you will get her …
- Hirer must empty toilet before returning. Van must be returned as found clean and tidy .. an additional cleaning charge of $99.00 will be charged if the van is not clean and the toilet cassette emptied..
- Linen supplied fir a hire fee if $6.00O please note that this does not include ..blankets or doonas …
- what we do supply is mattress and pillow protectors, sheets, pillows and pillow cases .. tea towels & bath towels, bath mat …
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
