Sleeps 5: 1 x King Bed, 1 x Single Bed Bunk, 1 x Double Bed Bunk & 1 x optional couch converted bed (small child suitable). A brand new Thule upgraded awning has just been fitted! However, like all awnings, need to be put away in strong winds and rain/storm. Caravan takes approximately 10-15 mins to set-up with two people. We don't offer the Annex walls as they are a nightmare to put up.....We've done without them ever since we bought the van! We primarily used the van at caravan parks, but can be fully self contained. Has 3 x 100 AH AGM Batteries, 2 x 200W Solar Panels, 200W Solar Blanket (Additional Cost) and Diesel Heater for those cold nights. Caravan has got a massive 2 x 120L Tanks + 80L Grey Water Tank. For a family of 4-5, you should go comfortably 4-5 days without a refill provided you are smart around your water use (quick showers and cleaning with 1 x full sink). Big 96L Dual Zone Fridge/Freezer. When selecting your extras, please confirm if you want to go off-road or not. If you do, it incurs an additional cleaning charge. This requires us to give the van a thorough clean to get rid of all the dust, salt, sand, etc. Note, off-road is only a minor off-road use. Insurance doesn't include significant off-road use (i.e. less than 10 km's in length and road/s are in good 4WD condition). For towing, we have a removable DO35 tow bar tongue which we will provide on hire of the van. We provide a small table and 4 x Foldable Chairs for your use. Also provided is cutlery and, cooking utensils, pots, pans, cups, brooms, dust pan and other camping related items for your use. Photos included to indicate everything that is provided. Toll charges will be passed through to the hirer. We expect the hirer to undertake a general clean of the caravan prior to return. Basic common decency with a clean. We clean it each hire, but don't want to clean a pigsty. We live in Baringa (Near Caloundra) QLD. Post Code 4551. Come pick up anytime between 7am to 4pm. Happy to work outside those hours, just needs a heads up. My wife and I will be happy to walk you through the van when you come and pick it up. A basic induction will take around 45 mins. Please allow 30min on return for hand back inspection. Extra Charges - Linen Pack Linen Pack includes Cotton Sheets, Mattress Protectors and Doonas. Most people prefer their own pillows, so have excluded from the pack. Linen Pack also includes 4 x Bath Towels. Proof of linen fitted to beds must be provided. Unfortunately, too many hirers indicate linen has been used and clearly has not. *If Linen is not hired sheets or sleeping bags must be used during the hire. If mattress protectors and/or mattresses are dirty on return a cleaning fee of $50.00 will be charged.* Extra Charges - Toilet Canister Clean Please ensure toilet canister is cleaned prior to return of caravan. A $250.00 charge will be incurred if Toilet Canister is required to be cleaned. Extra Charges - Smoke from Fire or Cigarettes While we love a good camp fire, please be mindful of where the van is in relation to the fire. Make sure all windows and vents are closed. If the van comes back from hire smelling like smoke a $250.00 deep cleaning fee will be charged. It takes 4 days of airing out the van (including all linen and mattresses) before the smell dissipates which impacts future hires.

• Awning to be stowed before bad weather arises
• Linen to be used on all mattresses and protector, even when using a sleeping bag
• Damage to be reported via Camplify App, even if minor to allow us to repair/replace for for the next hirer
• Van to be returned in state given to hirer. Cleaning charges will be applied if van requires detailed clean, including emptying toilet
• For emergency and/or breakdowns, call Camplify on 1300 416 133. Camplify will connect you through to NRMA Roadside Assist

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  The van was very comfortable for our family of 3 including our 8 yr old. It had all the functions we needed to stay at a van park and off grid. The king bed was really comfortable and we loved the outside cooking facility. Liam was super responsive and supportive with our questions during the hire time. Highly recommend this van!

  10/10 This is the second time we have hired this Camper because its great. Communication is awesome and fast . if you need anything during your trip Liam is straight onto it. This has helped us on both trips . we head off-grid for 11 days and Liams help is invaluable. Van is easy to tow, park and setup (even with just one person). 100000% would recommend and we will do this all again for a third time next year. Thanks for everything guys. Cheers, Luke

  The van was perfect for our family of four, off grid, for 3 days. Plenty of room and contained everything we need to hire. Rhianna and Liams communication was prompt and thorough. There was plenty information shared prior to hire and Liam conducted a great handover. We will certainly be reaching out to Liam and Rhianna for our next hire.

  First time hiring a van and was a great experience. Very easy handover and very informative. Van towed like a dream and was super simple to setup at camp. Very clean and ticked every box. Excellent hosts 100% will hire again!
