Hiring rules

No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
200km per day allowance. Any additional kilometre logged by our GPS tracker will be charged @ ONLY $0.80/km at end of the hire or beforehand! Simply shoot a message across and we'll find a suitable way for both of us.
Fuel – return filled with diesel fuel. All hires include a full tank upon departure.
Please be arrived at your destination by Sunset. Always refrain from driving the van at dusk, dawn, or at night due to increased animals and likely accident/incident on the roads during these times.
We offer a "clean the van for me option" in case you run out of time. Simply prebook this service or let us know before returning the vehicle.
Hirer age restrictions (under 25)
The hirer must return our caravan clean (inside & out), with the toilet empty and all items washed and put back into place or a $300.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
Strictly NonSmoking inside the motorhome. A $300.00 cleaning fee will apply to smoke or pet odour inside vehicle.
PETS ARE CONSIDERED. The caravan must be returned completely clean with no remains of pet hair, otherwise an additional cleaning fee of $90.00 will apply. Please provide the breed of your pet within your booking request. Any damage caused by pets will be at the hirers expense.
OFFROAD USE is strictly prohibited and monitored via GPS. Any evidence of unsealed travel without approval will result in a minimum offroad use fee of $300.00.
Please drive at a distance from other vehicles as any stone chips must incur a $130.00 fee.
Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
Drop off locations available throughout Perth and the South West on request for a cost fee.
Any damage must be reported immediately to Camplify and your hosts.
Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 1300 416 133 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then alert your hosts.
Cooking gas to be returned full or a $25.00 refill cost is charged.
Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise we may cancel your booking.
No festivals.

Hire Fee: From $180.00 per day
Service fee: $70.00

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
