SYMO is a high-roof, long-wheelbase van, comfortable to drive, but larger than a standard car. If you haven’t driven a van before, don’t worry, we provide a thorough handover and driving tips to ensure you feel confident before departure. A few important things to note: • Pick-Up & Drop-Off Standard pick-up time is from 2:00pm, with drop-off by 10:00am. Alternative times may be available on request, subject to availability. Early pick-up or late drop-off may incur a $50.00 fee per adjustment. • SYMO is designed for sealed roads and well-maintained campgrounds (no 4WD tracks or extreme terrain or Unsealed roads/carparks). • Please return the van clean, with emptied toilet and waste tanks. • Off-grid power is strong, but mindful usage ensures the best experience. • Starlink WiFi is available for an additional fee if required. •This vehicle is fitted with a GPS tracking device for the safety and security of both the hirer and owner. The device monitors location only and may be used in the event of emergencies, breakdowns, or suspected misuse. By hiring this vehicle, you acknowledge and consent to the use of this tracking device. No audio or video recording is conducted. •Mechanical Issues & Breakdowns In the unlikely event of a mechanical issue, hirers must notify the owner immediately and not continue driving unless advised. All breakdowns and trip interruptions are handled through Camplify roadside assistance and support. Refunds or compensation are subject to Camplify’s policies. • Fuel Requirements This vehicle runs on diesel only. Misfuelling (including petrol contamination) will result in all repair and recovery costs being charged to the hirer. We genuinely care for this van and ask that it’s treated with respect, we want every guest to have a premium, stress-free experience. If you’re unsure about anything, just ask. Hiring rules

• SYMO is a premium, wellcaredfor van. Please respect it as if it were your own.
• • Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the van
• Linen
• • Basic bedding (doona, pillows and protectors) is provided.
• Linen packs (including fresh sheets, pillowcases and towels) are available for an additional $25.00 per booking.
• • No festivals or largescale events
• • Sealed roads and wellmaintained campground access only.
• • No standing or sitting on roof
• • All waste tanks & toilet must be emptied before return
• • Van to be returned in tidy condition (cleaning fee covers standard reset, not excess dirt or sand)
• • Awning must not be left extended unattended or in windy conditions
• • Max 3 occupants (seatbelt capacity)

• •Vehicle Use
• This is a privately owned campervan, not a commercial rental fleet vehicle. Hirers are expected to treat the van with care and respect and report any issues immediately.
• Issue Reporting
• •Any issues (mechanical, electrical or damage) must be reported immediately. Continuing to operate the vehicle without notifying the owner may result in additional costs being passed on.
• •PickUp & DropOff
• Specific pickup and return times will be agreed prior to your booking. Late returns may incur additional charges.
• • Dashcam
• This vehicle is fitted with a forwardfacing dashcam for safety and insurance purposes. By proceeding with your booking, you consent to its use during your hire.
• • Not suitable for:
• ✘ Offroad or beach driving
• ✘ Large groups or parties
• ✘ Festival or heavyuse trips
• Fuel Requirements
• This vehicle runs on diesel only.
• The van must be returned with a full tank of diesel. If not returned full, the cost of refuelling plus a $50.00 service fee will be charged, calculated based on current fuel prices.
• Misfuelling or fuel contamination will result in all repair, recovery and associated costs being charged to the hirer.
• • PickUp & DropOff
• Standard pickup time is from 2:00pm, with dropoff by 10:00am.
• Alternative times may be available on request, subject to availability.
• Early pickup or late dropoff may incur an additional $50.00 fee.
• We provide a full walkthrough before departure to ensure you feel confident and comfortable using everything.
• Van must be returned full of fuel (same as pickup) on return. If not full, you agree to a charge based on OTR Bunbury pricing for day of drop off of current price + 30 cents per litre.
• Under no circumstances is the van to be taken on any unsealed roads including car parks etc. this risks damaging the van. If found to be the case, a $750.00 fee will be charged and by hiring this van you agree to this

  It was our first time renting a campervan but Corey and Liam were very patient explaining how everything worked. The van was very clean and had everything we needed. The van was easy to drive and at no point were we holding up traffic. All communication was replied to promptly. We had a wonderful experience and a really refreshing holiday exploring southwest WA. Highly recommended!
