All bookings require a deposit within 1 week to secure the hire. OFF-ROAD: Yes, this unit can be taken off road with prior approval, please include the trip specifics in your booking request. Include your intended route, experience 4WDing, and tow vehicle specifications. Full disclosure required to ensure full return Bond. Please note caravan insurance policies do not cover under body damage caused from off road use, and other forms of damage may also be excluded. SERVICE FEE: Our service fee covers a handover that takes approximately 1.5 hours. During this time, we will show you how to set up, pack up and use the camper. The service fee is a once off fee per hire and is only negotiable if you’ve hired from us before. BATTERY INFORMATION: The Tvan battery must be charged using one of the following methods: onboard solar, vehicle charging via Anderson plug, or 240v charging at caravan parks. If the battery is damaged from being ‘run-flat’ during the hire period, you may incur charges to replace it. If you are hiring the van for more than 1 week, we strongly recommend installing an Anderson plug with low voltage cut off (to protect your 4wd starting battery) and brake controller. The van does come with an onboard (Bluetooth) brake controller, but for long hires, we prefer that your tow vehicle has an electric brake unit and Anderson plug wiring pre-fitted. ADDITIONAL INCLUSIONS: Unlimited kms included per week, within reason Festivals accepted upon application Electric Brake Controller National NRMA 24/7 Priority support Additional Family room - $150.00 per hire HIRING CONDITIONS: No smoking in the van Hirer must be 25 years of age or older with a full license STANDARD PICKUP AND DROP OFF 9-5pm: Happy to negotiate on timing to suit both parties. CLEANING: You must wash and fully clean the van prior to return or pre-book to have the van cleaned (see “Extra Products”) at time of booking. Vans returned dirty will have the cleaning fees applied.   Splendid isolation - with all the comforts of home

  we hired this van specifically because we wanted to try camping with a t-van. we did a 5 night round trip from melbourne to goulburn nsw, staying in a mix of places; National parks, private property and a caravan site. the van was great, excellent to tow and easy to setup and pack down. it only takes a couple of iterations before it becomes 2nd nature. i really liked the skyward rear door option. it makes packing much simpler/easier. Kylie & Lloyd were brilliant making pickup & return super easy, theyre flexibility and clear communication made our hire experience really great. my wife & i will be trying a couple of other van types, but i suspect we will be hiring the Beevan again at some point. Annoyingly Camplify wont let you sort by van make or model, which means you have to scroll through literally 100s of vans to find your one, but theBeevan was definitely worth the scroll.   First time towing a camper trailer and the handover was very comprehensive and Lloyd was very patient and encouraging. Beevan was great and bed was comfortable, esp. compared to other camp beds. We parked in dappled shade and the partial sun was enough to power us for 3 days, but would recommend the additional solar blanket so you dont have to worry about it.

Really easy to set-up and pack down thanks to a great briefing from Lloyd. Fantastic communication throughout the experience. Can't wait to use this trailer for our next trip!

  This was our second year for hiring the BeeVan for a five week outback camping holiday. Dont think it could be any better for our purpose. Easy towing, quick set up and pack up, heater and hot water are virtually instant. Lloyd delivered on all the requests which made for a hassle free experience.
