Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Ricky 5.0Evan van is a great accommodation option for a family. Evan communication was exceptional, we arrived at the van fully set up. The van is modern, neat, tidy and well stocked. Outdoor kitchen was such a cool idea, rather than having cooking smells inside the van. Highly recommend this caravan. Would definitely hire again.
