Hiring rules
- No Smoking: To keep the caravan fresh for all guests
- No pets
- Return Condition: Please return the caravan in the same condition you received it or a minimum $99.00 cleaning fee will be charged please only use the chemicals/products provided.
- Toilet Cassette: please ensure you empty and clean the toilet cassette otherwise a minimum $99.00 cleaning fee will apply
- OffRoad Use: Caravan is not permitted for offroad use
- Awning Use: Awnings should be retracted during high winds or when unattended
- Towing Vehicle Requirements: Ensure your vehicle is suitable for towing this caravan (check towing capacity and tow ball weight)
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
