*** PLEASE NOTE **** NO RELOCATION AVAILABLE FROM DECEMBER 24th to 3rd January 2024, UNLESS LOCAL AREA ONLY PLEASE READ CAREFULLY TOO UNDERSTAND RELOCATION FEES **If wanting to have van delivered , please let us know beforehand if wanting van RELOCATED & SET UP, Set up fee Is $150.00 PLUS per kms EACH WAY ( EXAMPLE we tow van 45 kms to your destination x $3.00 per klm = $135.00 x 2 = $270.00 PLUS set up fee $150.00 = $420.00 , FOR you to have van relocated and set up, on departure you clean van and pack up everything down to hoses and we come back to tow , can deliver up to 50 kms away ( Minimum tow fee to relocate is $90.00 each way , this is eg if it's in the next street ) . Please contact to discuss as work commitments may make it a bit difficult, we will ensure we do our best to meet your request:) WE HAVE A LOT OF ENQUIRES TO TOW UP TO AND OVER 100 KILOMETRES, COSTS UP TOO 100 k's $3.00 per kilometer (100ks =$300.00) THEN once we go OVER the 100 ks cost then are $2.75 per kilometer. We will only tow up to approximately 120 kilometers away. Please message if it's a bit over in ks and we see if it is possible. **You will need a 12 PIN plug if towing. MINIMUM OF 5 NIGHT HIRE IN SCHOOL HOLIDAYS , ALWAYS CHECK FIRST IN CASE WE CAN DO LESS ****LONGER CARAVAN HIRE **** Is available , we have fortnightly hire 14 night and the 15th night FREE (ONLY during off peak season) , not school holidays or public holidays) eg hire for 2 weeks (14 days , and travel for 15 days , pay for 14 , or pay for 28 days and travel for 30 ( 2 days at no extra charge) Please discuss our deals if interested in long hire. We are very flexible. *** Additional items are readily available at an extra LOW cost for HIRE, just let us know what you would like, and it will be all packed and ready for you, no stress for you to bring /buy and pack all the extras, which is the time-consuming waste of money & of precious time to just get out on the road. *** We have 3 PERSON KAYAK & PADDLES (has waterproof lockable door for phones, clothes, towels etc) BOOGIE BOARDS, TENNIS RACKETS/ BALLS. LOTS OF EXTRAS just ask and we will pack it (require a cash deposit at pick up of van) ***ALL ITEMS WANTING TO HIRE (e.g. tennis racket/balls etc.) THAT ARE NOT ON CHECK OUT LIST WHEN PAYING CAN BE DISCUSSED WITH ME WHEN BOOKING. Generator is available (EASY REMOTE CONTROL START) no hard work starting it. LUXURY CAMPING ******** PLEASE NOTE : DECEMBER VAN CAN BE PICKED UP AND HIRED , PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR MORE INFORMATION , WE CAN ONLY RELOCATE TO LOCAL AREAS AROUND CHRISTMAS TIME , WE ALL KNOW THIS IS A VERY BUSY TIME ON THE ROAD AND WE DO NOT WANT TO BE AWAY FROM OUR FAMILY TIME AND OUR CHILDREN MOVING VANS AROUND AND TRAVELLING ON THE ROADS . IT IS NOT WORTH THE COSTS INVOLVED AND OUR PRECIOUS FAMILY TIME TOGETHER :)

Hiring rules

• *NO SMOKING permitted IN or NEAR caravan including windows and doors ,and NOT permitted under awning if it is not adhered to a $200.00 cleaning fee will apply.
• *No dirt /heavy corrugation or red dust roads. *** IF you are going ( example ) on a dirt farm driveway a dam etc , you must clean the outside of van OR A CLEANING FEE WILL APPLY , I will need to wash and clean the whole outside of van down myself ,This does take me a few hours . It is a lot bigger then washing a car . PLEASE DO NOT BRING THE VAN BACK DIRTY ..
• *NO Frying HOT OIL /FISH inside van A cleaning fee will apply.
• *Report any DAMAGE no matter how minor.
• *Town water only permitted in the water tanks
• *BBQ hot plates must be cleaned before return including all oil underneath ( if Baby Weber Q hired )
• *Gas 2 burner must be CLEANED and all splash marks from cooking fat must be cleaned OFF, including taking out top plates and cleaning all oil and food underneath ( cooker included in hire ) .
• * STRICTLY NO PETS , pets are great but can cause damage not on purpose . If we see any dog hair or dog smell outside / inside van there will be a LARGE FEE taken out of bond for cleaning and removing hair and for odour or any damage. Please DO NOT request to hire our van if you are intending on taking pets
• *Toilet and other cleaning charges apply , if not satisfactorily cleaned prior to returning caravan.
• *Return Caravan in the SAME CLEANED CONDITION as when you received by ME.
• *Drive to conditions and do not speed.
• *RESPECT our van like we do , treat it like it is your OWN.
• *Most of all RELAX and ENJOY.

  We had a lovely time in Lou's van I t was very well equipped with every detail and all our needs catered for. Lou made it very homely and we appreciated all the extra special touches.

  Amazing! Comfortable, fresh, clean and all the comforts you are looking for. Louise was amazing to deal with, great communication from enquire through to check out, and welcome treats. Our friends were envious their van hires were nothing like what Louise delivered. Exactly as described. We will definitely be hiring again.

  Lous caravan was perfect for our family to travel in. The van had everything we needed. Lou was lovely, very easy to communicate with and nothing was too much trouble. We will be hiring the van again at Christmas!
