Hiring rules
- Availability of delivery and pick up/drop off times are subject to owner availability.
- *Pick up time is between 8am 5pm Friday and Saturday Only (subject to owner availability)
- *Delivery is subject to owner availability on Friday and Saturday Only or with Prior arrangement with owner.
- No smoking permitted inside van
- Any off road or gravel roads to be preapproved by owner before commencement of hire
- A fee of $80.00 on top of delivery fee applies for setting up van onsite
- Any electrical work to be done on your car if lights are not working will be charged at $100.00 to look at with no guarantee of fixing before van will be released
- Toilet must be emptied and cleaned before returned or a fee of $150.00 will be charged
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
