We have you covered with our brand new Snowy River 20ft Multi Terrain off grid family van. Whether you are heading away as a family or a couple you will find everything you need to make amazing memories catered for with our van - your four legged friend can even come along as well! No tow vehicle? No worries! Ask us about our “tow and set up/pack up” options. Please note: when we tow the van for you to your destination we require the van to be dropped off to your location of choice before 12pm, if you need an afternoon drop off please let us know when you inquire about the van and we can see if we can cater for this. We can also help with ideas on great spots we love including North Stradbroke island beach camping with options to have the van set up and ready for you there. Just a few of the great points about our van: • Ready to go with everything you need, just pack your personal belongings, linen and food! • Off road with prior approval • 550w of solar panels on roof for fantastic fast charging of the lithium batteries when the sun is shining - generator also available for $49 per booking - you may also want this to run the air conditioner while off grid. • Inbuilt gas heater for complete winter comfort • Modern and comfortable new van • Almost 300 litres of water storage, we removed the grey water tank and replaced it with another water tank • Instant hot water • Van fitted with premium appliances including washing machine, stove, grill, fridge, freezer and coffee machine • Loads of storage • Great to tow • Wireless reverse camera For tow yourself hires pick up times are between 10 and 12pm, times outside of this can be catered for also with prior arrangement.

Special towing information

Electric brake controller can be supplied by us for $25 per booking. Our van is fitted with a 12 pin flat connection, if you are supplying your own brake controller your vehicle must have a 12 flat connection, if you don’t we will require you to hire our brakes as we have had several adapters used which don’t power the vans brake system.

Additional information

Beach camping will incur an additional service fee of $150.00 to cover salt prevention for our van prior and post hire. We take care of the complete outside clean obviously in this price but the inside and toilet will still need to be done by the hirer.

Hiring rules

To help keep our service fee low the van must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. We can organise a clean for you excluding toilet if you need for an extra charge.
Toilet must be returned empty and clean. We provide bleach to rinse the toilet canister also.
Pets are welcome with prior approval and of course any damages to the van from your pet must be covered by you. No pets on beds or leather couches please.
No smoking in or near van, no fires near van where embers can land on awning. Please keep the windows and doors shut when smoke is blowing towards van to keep the van smelling great inside 👍🏻

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $115.00 per day
Service fee: $59.00
Delivery fee: $1.00 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
