Additional information

Linen can be provided for $120.00/booking and includes all sheets, doonas and covers, pillows and cases, bath towel, hand towels and bath mat. Mattress protectors come included on all beds and must remain on for the entire use of hire (please put a sheet on top of it on the beds you use!). If you don't request linen please bring your own pillows, duvets, bedsheets and towels. Phil & Teds travel cot is available for babies (0-2 years), (please request) :)

Hiring rules

• No offroad
• No smoking inside
• No pets OR pets only upon application
• No festivals
• Hirer age restrictions (21 or 25)
• The awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• No personal items like bikes, kayaks, fishing rods, etc can be stored in the van during travel! All personal items must be placed in cupboards and storage compartments!
• Your standard pickup/dropoff times are (remember any time in the full 24 hours is available to you. The hirer is charged for the full 24 hour period.)
• No cooking of foods with an extensive smell like curry, paprika, steaks, or other strongsmelling foods inside the van (for that use outdoor BBQ and portable gas stove provided)
• Minimum towing experience is 1 year
• Minimum towvehicle requirements are SUV, 4x4
• The minimum license requirement is 7 years.
• No night driving/towing
• Brake controller requirements (BYO or Hire)
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where, and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of insurance coverage.
• CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. Hirer must remove rubbish, clean oven, microwave, BBQ, fridge/freezer and all kitchen appliances they used. Toilet must be emptied and thoroughly cleaned by hires before returning.
• Please note: YOU MUST EMPTY AND CLEAN THE TOILET CASSETTE, OTHERWISE, I WILL DISCARD OF IT AND THE REPLACEMENT COST OF $300.00 WILL BE ON YOU :)

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  This van was great. Exactly what I wanted. An oasis of serenity. Fresh and clean and so easy with fresh and grey water hook up. Tom was very easy to deal with and meticulous in his set up.

  We had an excellent trip in this van - had everything we needed, setting up was very straightforward, and it towed beautifully. Handover was very thorough, communication was excellent and a very pleasant experience all round.
