Hiring rules

No Smoking inside
No equipment to be stored inside while transit, secured duffle bags and soft materials are ok however everything else should be stowed in your vehicle.
Please clean preparation/kitchen area after use and be carful of water/spills as the electronics are underneath.
Di Nero is not manufactured for offroad driving. Grass and light gravel is ok at low speed to get to rest location. Any gazetted road or dirt roads that a standard car can access are ok.
Kitchenette in the camper is fine to use for small meals however please cook outside the caravan for all substantial meals, otherwise an additional fee may need to be charged for cleaning smoke and grease off or damage.
Please report any damage immediately please, we understand accidents happen. The quicker damage is reported the quicker we can fix it for our next hire
For any emergencies, stay safe & call Camplify on 02 4075 2000 they will call the NRMA.
Please treat Di Nero like it's your own as he is brand new!

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $150.00 per day
Service fee: $100.00
Delivery fee: $2.00 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
