Special towing information
Your vehicle's manual will state the towing capacity of which you will need a capacity of greater than 2750kg (and 188kg Tow-ball weight) plus equipment included and the items you will put into the caravan of a personal nature. As its a new Van, it takes a 12 pin connector (not 8 pin) Note: We have a portable 12 pin brake controller available for Hire ($65). This is for cars not fitted with this NSW mandatory requirement. Also towing mirrors available ($20).

Additional information
Generator, rear remote caravan camera and car mirrors can be hired. An additional split cable adaptor for the ESC is available if you don't have a red Anderson plug fitted to your vehicle. Extra Diesel Heater is excellent for free camping on cold nights.
Hiring rules
- No smoking at ANY time. The van must be returned in the clean and tidy state that it was collected/delivered. Please ensure that the toilet is emptied before returning the caravan. Caravan not to be taken 'off road' or on any 4x4 dirt road tracks.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
