Easy to set up and big to live in, a home away from home! Enjoy a seamless transition from the comforts of home to making memories on the road with this modern and extremely comfortable home-on-wheels. This full size Franklin Caravan caters for all the practical necessities families need.The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge (180 Litre) and freezer (50 Litre), microwave, plus plenty of storage to keep all things handy. Feel right at home cooking on the three-burner gas and one electric plate cooktop, griller and oven. You may be off-grid, but you can stay in touch with your social networks, with technology features including USB charging ports, a stereo system to entertain featuring internal speakers and bluetooth connectivity, and a 24" TV/DVD Player with Free to air external Antenna system. And when the fresh air has worn everyone out, enjoy a shower using our gas/electric hot water system before jumping into the cosy beds where you will appreciate the innerspring queen size mattress in the adult bed and let's not forget about the kids who will have fun in the 3 available bunk beds, each with USB and power outlets. Remember if it is a cold or warm night the reverse cycle A/C will be an absolute godsend at the end of a long day.

Hiring rules

  • Hirer must be over 25 years of age.
  • Hirer must have experience towing.
  • Hirer must have electric brakes and towing mirrors in use at all times when hiring the caravan.
  • No smoking in or around the caravan at anytime.
  • The Hirer must allow enough time at the time of collection, for a detailed 3045 minute handover to be completed with the Owner.
  • The Hirer must disclose to the Owner the entire itinerary for their planned trip.
  • The Hirer must immediately advise the Owner if they change their itinerary at any stage, prior to or during their hire period.
  • The Hirer must disclose to the Owner the number of people travelling and staying within the Caravan.
  • Hirer is being provided with provisions for 5 people this caravan is a 5 berth carvan.
  • The Hirer must ensure that they have Electric Brakes and Towing Mirrors in use at all times when towing the Caravan.
  • The Hirer must immediately advise the Owner if there are any faults or concerns with the Caravan.
  • The Hirer must immediately contact the Owner if they have any questions or concerns with the Caravan.
  • The Hirer must not tamper with or attempt to repair any part of the Caravan without the prior written approval of the Owner.
  • The Hirer must not fill the water tanks with anything other than potable water.
  • The Hirer must ensure that they keep the top of the gas cooker open at all times during use and allow to cool prior to closing the top.
  • There is to be No Smoking in or around the Caravan at anytime.
  • There is a 7 day minimum hire period during school holiday periods.
  • Pets are only allowed with the prior approval of the Owner.
  • Pets are not allowed on the seats or beds at anytime.
  • The Hirer must clean the Caravan and all items contained within the Caravab, prior to its return at the end of the hire period. Failure to do this will result in a cleaning fee to be charged to the Hirer, at the end of the hire period.
  • The Hirer must empty and clean the toilet (if applicable). Failure to do this will result in a cleaning fee to be charged to the Hirer, at the end of the hire period.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Owners were easy to deal with and the van was perfectly equipped with all you need for a getaway. We had this caravan for a 2 week trip and could not fault it.

    Frankie is a beautiful van with all the mod cons you need for a fantastic holiday in the great outdoors. This includes a private indoor shower, toilet air conditioner, large seating area and a very comfortable double bed. Angela also provided a complimentary breakfast pack which was a lovely gesture. Thank you Angela we look forward to booking with you again next year
