Inclusions *15 AMP Power cord and Hose for Caravan park use(For 10 amp adaptor add this during the booking process. *Engineered brakes installed which will fit any normal tow car. *Quotation includes Damage Cover within the terms of the hire agreement. *Locking Tow ball sleeve and ball included which replaces hirers normal ball. *Awning included with poles, guy ropes and pegs etc. *Fitted out with everything you need to have a perfect break such as Crockery, Pots and *Pans, Cutlery and White goods. *Microwave. and full Oven/ grill.​ *Reverse Cycle ducted Air Conditioning. *Toilet and seperate Shower *Delivery and Pick up of Caravan for an extra charge if needed. *Electric and Gas operable Large capacity Fridge/ Freezer.​ *Optional Full gas bottle can be hired if needed at an extra cost of $65.00 per hire​

Hiring rules

• 0. If travelling beyond Kiama NSW the hirer needs to please remove their tow ball before arrival and preferably bring the tools with them this was removed with, so a locking sleeved one can be added on pickup.
• 1. Delivery and pickup fee will vary and is mostly calculated on an area basis not just kms travelled due to traffic and times delivered and picked up as well as the time it takes to set up or pack up a caravan. Awnings will not be part of this process.
• 2. Awnings should only be used if the customer knows how to use them and pack them up when raining or leaving the caravan unattended.
• 3. NO Smoking in Caravans or RVS.
• 4. Some pets are allowed which are non allergenic such as Poodles and Cavoodles etc but are not allowed to be up on beds or furniture.
• 5. Gas bottles are not guaranteed full unless and extra $65.00 is paid and this is requested during the booking process. Customers are welcome to bring their own or swap and go the ones onboard.
• 6. Toilets and caravans must be emptied and cleaned before return.
• 5. Must not be driven off off road except to drive into and out of properties.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We enjoyed our stay, and beds were comfortable, however, the van needed a good clean.

  Comfy nights sleep in the van. My daughter loved the top bunk where there was a handy shelf for her water bottle, music player and little electric tea light for ambience. We chose to cook outside on our own camp stove but there is a sufficient gas cooker inside as well for bad weather days. Also used the campground facilities even though there is a clean shower and toilet in the van. Would hire again.
