Special towing information
Your vehicle's manual will state the towing capacity of which you will need a capacity of greater than 2750kg (and 188kg Tow-ball weight) plus equipment included and the items you will put into the caravan of a personal nature. As its a new Van, it takes a 12 pin connector (not 8 pin) Note: We have a portable 12 pin brake controller available for Hire ($65). This is for cars not fitted with this NSW mandatory requirement. Also towing mirrors available ($20).

Additional information
Generator, rear remote caravan camera and car mirrors can be hired. An additional split cable adaptor for the ESC is available if you don't have a red Anderson plug fitted to your vehicle. Extra Diesel Heater is excellent for free camping on cold nights.
Hiring rules
- No smoking at ANY time. The van must be returned in the clean and tidy state that it was collected/delivered. Please ensure that the toilet is emptied before returning the caravan. Caravan not to be taken 'off road' or on any 4x4 dirt road tracks.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sara 5.0Such a great holiday. First time caravanners. Nick was fantastic and was such a streamline hire. He was prompt with communication and was readily available for us during our trip for any questions we needed. The actual caravan itself was in great condition and had everything we didnt think off (a broom, clothes hanger, extra sharp knives for scaling fish) we also bought a Weber Q when we got back as his one was fantastic and so easy to use ! Thanks Nick you made everything so simple for us! - if we dont end up buying our own caravan after this experience we Definately would hire Bruce again. (I also towed the caravan 4 hours and Ive never towed anything before and found it quite easy)
