We will happily deliver your caravan. We charge $0.60 per km for delivery for most hires. Please contact us for a quote at any time, or we can provide one during your booking request.

Hiring rules

• No offroad, The Royal is an old van, and although she's in great shape, her age needs to be respected.
• No smoking inside
• Pets upon application.
• Hirer age restrictions 25
• Minimum towing experience is: You must have towed a caravan or large trailer before. Alternatively we can deliver the caravan for you.
• Minimum towvehicle requirements is At minimum a large sedan is required for towing the Royal, however a 4wd is recommended. I do have weight stabiliser bars available that I can include if you would like.
• Minimum licence requirements is a full NSW or Australian drivers licence.
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call emergency services if required, then call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Ensure to obtain vehicle details of any other vehicles involved.
• DAMAGE Damage must be reported. Minor damage can be reported at the end of a hire. Major damage much be reported as soon as possible.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads.
• CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. We understand that holidays can be a bit messy, but excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• LONG TRIPS Please message to discuss, if you plan on doing a trip over 200km a day or over 1000km all up.
• COOKING GAS Gas is generally included with your hire, unless you are using a lot of it, in which case we request that you refill the gas bottle prior to returning.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  A Delightful Experience with "Nutmeg" from Koora Van Hire We recently hired the lovely retro caravan, "Nutmeg," through Andrew at Koora Van Hire, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. From the very first inquiry, Andrew was incredibly helpful and responsive, patiently answering all of my questions and making the booking process seamless. When we arrived at our campground, Andrew was already there, setting up "Nutmeg" for us. The caravan is absolutely charming, with a vintage aesthetic that gives it so much character. Andrew took the time to explain everything we needed to know to make our stay comfortable, from how to use the facilities to little tips for enjoying the space. One of the best parts of the experience was that we didnt have to worry about setting up or packing away. Everything was done for us, which made the trip even more relaxing and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend Koora Van Hire. Andrew's professionalism and attention to detail ensured that our stay in "Nutmeg" was perfect, and were already looking forward to hiring from him again in the future!
