Hiring rules

- Van must be returned clean. if not returned clean a cleaning fee off $200.00 will be charged.
- chem toilet must be cleaned and cassette emptied and cleaned
- If cassette needs to be emptied a $250.00 fee will be applyed. if the toilet needs to be cleaned and cassette emptied the Clean the van for me fee including toilet will apply of $450.00.
- Gas bottles must be returned full if not a charge of $100.00 will apply.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Matt 4.8Holiday went well thank you. Service from JB Caravans was very good & helpful. Caravan itself had all features we had hoped. Few minor issues with fixtures and fittings but this is a Jayco Finishing issues. As stated to owner there should have been a minimum 15m extension cable as most camp sites 10m not adequate. This is something should be for all caravans hired out. Probably chokes should alway be provided as well. App for Electric Brakes sometimes dropped out. Overall good experience.
