It is a higher spec van than other Newage vans and has many extras that make it worth the extra we charge for this van compared our other vans. Key features include, queen bed, triple bunks, full en- suite, Club lounge, tv, air con/ heating, fridge, microwave, cooktop, mini-grill, washing machine and external speakers plenty of storage. You are welcome to view a van before you book to hire. We have 1 starlink avalible for additional cost please let us know if you would like this, we can get it to work of 1wv also when free camping, then minimum cost for this will be $250, it will last 1 month, if you only need it for a weekend it will still be $250 sorry, every additional month after that will be $200. We have a 7 day minimum during holiday periods, we are happy to do shorter periods in some cases like filling a gap between longer bookings during this time. We have set delivery prices for various locations which are listed below in the ad.

Special towing information

* 12 pin plug on the van. If you want the fridge to run while in transit you must have a 12 pin with large power cables and there must be a wire to your ignition to tell the fridge to turn on, this wire is pink on the van plug. * Adaptors for a few plugs available. * Grey Anderson plug to charge the batteries, this is optional, the van has solar to charge them also. * Your vehicle must be able to tow 3500kg and take a towball load of 200kg. * We have a brake controller from Elecbrakes available to hire which also comes with towing mirrors. These are $60 per hire. * You can also use your own controller if you have one too.

Additional information

•The van is 22ft (30ft overall) •Water storage is 220L, you must say if you want water in the van, the van is normally empty to keep weight and fuel costs down. •Grey water tank for National Parks. •Fridge is 3-way •2 x gas bottles. •Table and five chairs provided •The queen size width bed but slightly shorter than a queen. •All cooking amenities provided with 4 gas hobs with a gas grill (no oven). •We have a Weber baby Q available for rent that roasts a great chicken. •The van is $120.00 per day outside of holiday periods and $140.00 during. The van is $150.00 per day for the two weeks at christmas.

Hiring rules

Upon placing your booking request, please advise your location of travel and how many people will be sleeping in the caravan. This will help to ensure we have everything you need prior to travel. If you are towing the caravan we will also need to know your tow vehicle. We may request a minimum of up to 7 nights booking during school holidays.
We give you the option of selfcleaning the van. Most of our hirers tend to selfclean (we provide all the cleaning materials & products). However, if you prefer not to selfclean then select the cleaning option upon booking. It’s under extra product options. If the van is not returned clean then the cleaning fee will be applied.
We will deliver the van up to 150km from Newcastle. We have set delivery fees that include delivery and pick up, cost of diesel, set up and pack down of the van as well as a comprehensive briefing of the caravan (particularly if this is your first time using a caravan). Set prices for popular destinations are as follows and are indicative of travel times and costs that it takes for the complete relocation service.

The van does not come with bed linen and pillows (but mattress protectors are provided on each bed). We can provide a linen package for a small fee. If you would like linen please select this option under extra product options.
Please report all damages no matter how small and we ask that you keep the van in a tidy condition. No smoking please.
We prefer no driving on gravel roads as the caravan is not built for off road but understand some of the great national parks and remote beaches have gravel roads so you may travel very slowly up to 40kmph at a max range of 10km per leg of your trip.

Please note when you book, a small service fee will be charged that covers the gas bottle , cleaning products, and general wear and tear. A service fee is applied across all Camplify hires.

Hire Fee: From $120.00 per day

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
