Pickup times are usually in the mornings between 7:00-8:30am due to work commitments or I can do afternoons between 3:00-6:00pm. Drop off is anytime before 7:00pm, contact prior with an ETA please. For Delivery bookings this will need to be discussed prior to the day.

Hiring rules

  • Delivery minimum charge $150.00
  • please treat like your own.
  • no smoking in the van.
  • van must be cleaned inside and out prior to return.
  • Contact us to quote for delivery up to 100km.
  • $200.00 sanitation fee will be charged if toilet cassette is not empty/cleaned.
  • up to $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if van is not cleaned on return.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
