Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The off-grid setup worked perfectly solar, battery and water lasted the entire trip without any issues. Towing was smooth and easy, and the owner was great to communicate with: helpful, responsive and made the whole process simple. We had a great time and the van made the trip stress-free. Highly recommend this caravan to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable off-grid getaway. Would definitely rent again!
