Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Harriet 4.8Fab and reliable, Betty was great for our trip and Kosta/Nat were very great communicators and flexible with pick up/ drop off. NB bedding didnt include a duvet (just a blanket) so in the colder months you might want to bring something else!
Sue 5.0Betty was just what we needed for our weekend away at Gumball. Bed was super comfy for a good night sleep. Make sure you park where the solar panel can get plenty of sun. We were partly shaded by trees so the alarm for the fridge would sometimes go off. Easy hand over and drop off. Overall good value for money.
