• We hope you have a safe and enjoyable holiday!
• 🆘 EMERGENCY if you require 24/7 road side assistance call Camplify on 1300 426 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately photos, who, what, where, and when will be required so damage can be repaired upon return.
• 🚫 NO OFFROAD/ NO Beach Driving/ NO Extended Gravel Roads / No towing.
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins including a full list of all planned travel destinations including any unsealed roads all must be provided to owners prior to booking. Any unauthorised travel on unsealed roads will breach the hire conditions and insurances will be affected resulting in loss of security bond.
• 🚭 Strictly NO smoking inside or within close proximity of the van
• 🐾 Apologies but NO pets allowed inside the van
• 🚲 BULKY ITEMS no large items to be stored into van ie bikes, car fridges, kayaks etc
• 🍃 The awning needs to be retracted in windy conditions, please be cautious as any damages to it unfortunately won’t be covered by insurance instead will be deducted from the security bond. In the event the security bond does not cover damages the hirer agrees to pay the difference.
• 🧼 CLEANING We take pride in the cleanliness of our van and please ask that it is returned in the same condition it was received (rubbish emptied, dishes washed, benches wiped, floors swept) or a $200.00 excessive cleaning fee will apply.
• 🚽 Keep toilet closed when traveling and not in use. Keep basin closed when changing cassette. Change when full or every 2 days; rinse and add toilet chemical to avoid smells. Cassette must be empty before returning the vehicle or a $150.00 fee will apply.
• Hires must be 25 years of age or older
• There is a limit to 200 kms per day (average), Excess km’s are charged at $.50c/ per Km.
• Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133
• FUEL Only Diesel. Vehicle is hired out with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank of fuel or extra charge applies.
• Never drive with the gas bottle on. Must turn off gas before driving.
• Handover allow 50 mins on pick up
• The vehicle has a GPS tracker fitted.
• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

• Hirer must be 24 years of age or older.
