Hirer must return the van in the same condition: - Full tank of fuel as given at pick up - Inside-outside cleaned - Tolls must be paid, after the trip Driving on gravel/dirt roads or any off road with our camper is strictly forbidden, our van is designed to only drive on paved road Van has to be returned cleaned: inside, outside, fridge-dishes etc Van has to be returned with a full fuel tank if not you will get charged for full tank + 30$ for the time incurred If the van is given back uncleaned, stained, pet hair etc you will have to pay cost of the cleaning fee charged by a professional car detailing service LONG TRIPS: Minimum hire to Byron bay is 5 days Hirers a welcome to take the van up to 200 KMs a day average. This can be spread over a trip for example like 5 days 1000kms and if extra KMs a charge of 25 cents Excess KMs will be charged 25cents per KMs at the completion of the trip. We do this limit like most hirers as the more you drive the vehicle and more maintenance/ wear and tear will apply on our dear campervan.

  The van went well and has all the useful amenities you need. Nothing flash but does the job, gets you where you want to go ( at speed ) with a bed, a fridge and a means to cook. Bring a bluetooth speaker that gets over the cabin noise and a mattress topper if you need extra comfort.

  We really enjoyed travelling with this van. It drives very well. The bed was comfortable and it is clean all around. It had everything we wanted to travel and prepare food on the go. It was a breeze to collect and drop off the van. Ash was ultra responsive. Would definitely hire again for our next adventure.

  This van was awesome! Everything worked great. It came with everything we needed, it even had an espresso machine, heated blanket, and a projector. It was really clean, Kim and Ash were super easy to deal with, and I had such a fun road trip up the coast. Cant wait to rent it again!

  This is an honest review, not intended to offend, but I feel I didnt get the experience I expected or paid for. If I had inspected the van beforehand, I likely would have reconsidered the booking. The vans description was accurate in terms of features and amenities everything listed was present. However, the photos were quite misleading. The van itself was very old and in poor condition. Its now clear why there were no exterior photos, and the interior pictures seemed heavily edited with filters. Communication with the owners was generally active and responsive. That said, on the day of pick-up, despite prior arrangements, there was an unexpected one-hour delay with multiple time pushbacks. This impacted my plans to leave the city before rush hour, which was frustrating. While I understand the explanation for the delay, a paid service should ideally include compensation when such issues occur. Key points I wish had been highlighted in the listing, as they significantly impacted my experience: 1. Fuel tank capacity: Its extremely small. I expected much better range for a campervan. It couldnt even make it from Sydneys metro area to Cooma (less than 400 km) without refuelling. 2. Doors and locks: The doors were very creaky and difficult to lock/unlock. The sliding door, in particular, jammed a few times, and I had to improvise to get it working. 3. Defogger: The windscreen defogger was almost ineffective. Driving at night was stressful, as I had to keep wiping the glass manually to maintain visibility. 4. Bed comfort: The bed was quite uncomfortable. The mattress was too thin, and I could feel the hard slats underneath, which made sleeping difficult. Overall, I feel I paid for something quite different from what was represented in the listing. If I had known the true condition of the van, I would have chosen differently.

  More bad than good - USED CONDOM. Would not use again Lets start with the bad. Firstly, no washing up equipment, no gas canisters for cooking, dirty kettle (food inside) and finally we found a used condom and Covid mask in a cupboard containing cooking equipment. Good communication with hosts and van drives smoothly. Pity really
