Hiring rules
- Daily Kilometres: Bookings include 200km per day (e.g. a 4day hire includes 800km total). Extra kilometres are charged at $0.20 per km.
- PickUp: Anytime from 9 AM.
- DropOff: Anytime until 5 PM.
- Fuel Policy: Return the van with a full tank (same as pickup).
- Pets & Festivals: Must be approved in writing prior to hire.
- No Smoking inside the van.
- No OffRoad or Unsealed Roads.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Cathal 5.0Henry was lovely and simple. No frills and thrills but definitely reliable on the road and had everything we needed for our trip! Bed very comfy and roomy for two. Kitchen well stocked had all we needed and fridge was great size and stayed nice and cold for the entire journey. Tables and chairs perfect. Plenty storage. Had a bit of character about him but that was to be expected by the description and chatting to Marcus beforehand, dont expect a 5 star brand new van. For what we paid it was fantastic!
Chloe 5.0We had an incredible trip in Henry! The Bluetooth/carplay is a little finicky but otherwise great trip! Henry drives super well (we went from Sydney to Brisbane and back) and we were incredibly comfortable and cool when sleeping at night! We will definitely do another trip in the future!
