FreeBird is a 2008 Ford Transit, KEA FREEDOM 2 Berth Deluxe Campervan. She is powered by a 2.4lt Turbo Diesel with a 6 speed manual gearbox. Some of the features of the FreeBird Camper include: Large solar panel and 2 X AGM House Battery, Awning, Privacy curtains, Comfortable bed that packs up into a lounge and table, Freshwater & Greywater tanks, Bathroom with toilet 12v and 240v power, Air conditioner Large fridge, table & chairs, kitchen, Plenty of storage and lighting, facilities to charge phones on the road, all pots/pans/cutlery included! Just pack your clothes, food and hit the road! Please make a booking request to get in touch if you have any questions, I will make sure to respond fast. Discounts for extended hire periods. 200km daily allowance. .50c per Km thereafter. This is averaged over the total days hired. Flexible pick-up and drop-off times can be arranged. Have a great day!   • * No smoking
  • * No driving on non sealed roads with out prior permission
  • * Large items such as bicycles or furniture are not to be transported inside the vehicle. We have a bike rack for hire if needed.
  • * You must report any damage that occurs while on hire with you
  • * van is to be returned in same condition as pick up
  • * 200kms allowance per day. This can be averaged over the amount of days hired. .50c per kilometre over the allowance will be charged.
  • Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a fantastic time in Rosilene,s campervan. We were first time campervaners and all the help and advice we got from Rosilene and Damian was brilliant. The van is very easy to drive, and it has everything one needs for a few weeks on the road. It is also extremely comfortable and cosy at night. It was hard to get out of the bed in the morning. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Sydney and hopefully hiring Freebird again. Thanks again to Rosilene and Damian !!

    This van lived up to our holiday expectations. It was comfortable to drive, handled well on the road, and proved to be very economical.Everything worked as expected and it felt reliable throughout our journey. Rosilene was extremely helpful and obliging, kindly picking us up from our rendezvous spot and making the whole process seamless. She took the time to thoroughly explain all the features of the van and clearly went through everything we needed to know before setting off. Overall, a great experience and we would happily recommend both the van and the friendly service.

    We agree with all other, all positive, reviews! We had a nice 8 days trip with this fine campervan, which is easy to drive, comfortable and well equipped. When returning from South of Sydney, a great close place to empty/clean the gray water and black water for free is in Appin Park, https://maps.app.goo.gl/DM2zLdaVDicTQdaR6.

    Freebird is a very comfortable van. Easy to drive and has all the amenities you need for an escape. Rosilene and Damian were communicative and flexible which made the experience awesome. Would highly recommend and will be hiring again in the future.
