FreeBird is a 2008 Ford Transit, KEA FREEDOM 2 Berth Deluxe Campervan. She is powered by a 2.4lt Turbo Diesel with a 6 speed manual gearbox. Some of the features of the FreeBird Camper include: Large solar panel and 2 X AGM House Battery, Awning, Privacy curtains, Comfortable bed that packs up into a lounge and table, Freshwater & Greywater tanks, Bathroom with toilet 12v and 240v power, Air conditioner Large fridge, table & chairs, kitchen, Plenty of storage and lighting, facilities to charge phones on the road, all pots/pans/cutlery included! Hiring rules

* No smoking
* No driving on non sealed roads with out prior permission
* Large items such as bicycles or furniture are not to be transported inside the vehicle. We have a bike rack for hire if needed.
* You must report any damage that occurs while on hire with you
* van is to be returned in same condition as pick up
* 200kms allowance per day. This can be averaged over the amount of days hired. .50c per kilometre over the allowance will be charged.

Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $140.00 per day
Service fee: $50.00

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Freebird is a very comfortable van. Easy to drive and has all the amenities you need for an escape. Rosilene and Damian were communicative and flexible which made the experience awesome. Would highly recommend and will be hiring again in the future.

Rosilene was very helpful. She gave us all the information we needed. As first time campers in a van it was easy to work and learn how to work things out with Rosiline and her husband. One of the best experiences and trips weve taken! The campervan was well equipped and met all of our needs for a 4 week vacation along the coast. Having the onboard toilet was a big plus for the longer trip. Rosilene and Damian went above and beyond to help us out with pickup, delivery and questions while traveling. Would highly recommend renting the Freebird.
