We consider these vehicles as the safest and most fit for purpose in the Australian Outback. Wider Wheels: reduces the amount you need to reduce tire pressure which reduces punctures and in our opinion gives better handling and braking. CB Radio: Form of communication in the Outback and communication with Road Trains and other road users. (Safer overtaking) Recovery Equipment: Air compressor, snatch trap, shackles, axe, gloves, spade. Trackers: So we are able to trace where you are some diagnostics of the vehicle First Aid Kits, Fire Extinguisher, High Vis Stickers, Deep Cycle Long lasting dual batteries

Hiring rules

• This vehicle is permitted on Hema Map Roads only (recognised sealed and unsealed roads)
• vehicle is not permitted on the Ningaloo Coastal reserve or to Cross Yardie Creek.
• Deposit must be paid within 48 hrs of booking approval.
• Strictly NO water crossings or driving near saltwater. Subject to warm water wash.
• Vehicle to be returned clean inside and out otherwise cleaning fees will apply.
• Strictly NO smoking or pets
• Report any damage ASAP!
• Drive to the road rules and conditions
• Yard hours are weekdays 8 am 5 pm. Please note that afterhour pickup and return will be charged a fee of $110.00.
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133, they will advise you how to call the NRMA. Then call/txt me.

  The Troopy was the perfect vehicle to drive long distance, solid, comfortable, no issues, we had all our camping needs meet and exceed for our South Perth trip. Jayden was great to deal with during my booking, the hand over process was explained thorough. Jayden was friendly, thoughtful, helpful and flexible.   We hired a Land Cruiser Troopy from Boomerang Campers for our trip from Perth to Peak Hill, and we couldnt be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Jayden was outstandingextremely helpful, professional, and responsive. He made sure everything was ready for us and explained the setup clearly before we hit the road. The Troopy itself was flawlessno issues at all, and it proved to be incredibly reliable in the rugged outback conditions. It handled remote tracks, bush camps, and long stretches with ease.
