Overall, it was a good experience. Pick up and drop off went smooth, communication was good. The van itself was well equipped, albeit a bit tired but that's reflective of the price. It needs a couple of things fixed but they were minor inconveniences. We enjoyed being able to pull up to a beach and pull together a snack or a meal while enjoying the view. It was a fun campervan experience.

Its our first roadtrip and It was wonderful.definitely will do another trip in the future. The van is great, prefect function easy to drive and bring us luck as well. Thanks to the owner and beautiful WA

The camper (and Dan the owner) was a complete disappointment. The water pump was not working and the owner Dan was dismissive advising the cleaner should have checked it despite him saying the van was in his possession for one week. I believe Dan completely lied about this as he put an act on when I asked him if it was working. I believe he was trying to pull a fast one as he knew the van was paid in full and that I would be stuck trying to find a van being Easter. He took the time to put a new pump in and I received the van with keys at 1.25pm, much later than planned that it ruined my first night as I couldn't leave until 6.30am the next day (Thurs 2nd April) due to packing the van and night driving. I asked Dan if the gas and water were full however into my second day the water ran out and I had only accumulated just under 15 litres of greywater. I could not believe what was happening. I could go on and on, the van was not clean, so many issues, especially the fridge, electrical and cupboards. It was quite an overpriced trip away for what I got. I had been waiting for one year for this trip away and I advised Dan of this however it was marred by the many issues. There was no apology whatsoever, he was very dismissive. I have raised a complaint with Camplify to look into this as I'm sure they would not accept the standards the van was hired to me in. Avoid at all costs!

This van is great! It has everything you need, with clear instructions on pick up, drop off which makes it a smooth transition into your holiday! Can't recommend more.

Dan did a thorough job of showing us all aspects of the van to make sure we were prepared. The van was fabulous for our needs and got us where we wanted to be. Easy to drive and had good power. Was in reliable mechanical condition and kitted up with just about everything we could need. It's done many kms at the hands of hirers so was not pristine of course. Beware of driving hitops in a cross-wind!

This van is a good travel partner! Got everything you need to cook to sleep and going everywhere. The owner is also a great plus, quick response and being supportive.

Boomerang Campers have been fantastic, easy pick up and drop off, very well kitted out and tidy and the van ran perfectly for our 9 day trip. We had very friendly service and communication with Boomerang Campers and a very thorough talk through about the ins and the outs of the van before setting off which was very handy. Having the freedom of the van has made our trip very enjoyable and we would definitely choose Boomerang Campers again :)

We took two weeks trip, from Esperance to Margaret. Ending in Perth. The van is incredibly well-equipped, and the 4x4 was a huge help in creating adventures. Our experience was truly amazing. We are very happy with the service and will definitely rent it again for future trips. Jayden was very kind to us. Thank you so much!
