Hit the open road in style and comfort! Riley will be your new home on wheels while you explore everything Australia has to offer. Some features that stand out: 🛏️ VARIABLE SLEEPING OPTIONS - The day bed slides out to extend to a king-sized bed (no need to try and sleep widthways!) and can fit up to three adults (175 x 200). The couch also slides out and extends to a kids bed (65 x 180). There would also be enough space for a travel portacot. 🔋 300W OF SOLAR & 300AH LITHIUM BATTERY & 1500W Inverter - Your battery will charge thanks to the sun and while driving, so you can stay off the grid for as long as you want. Even with no sun and no driving, you have power for around three days. Thanks to the inverter, you can even use 240V mains outlets without external power connection! 🚿 HOT INDOOR & OUTDOOR SHOWER, PORTABLE TOILET - Take a shower to clean off all that salt and sand before going to sleep. Stay at free campgrounds that are limited to self-contained RV's thanks to the portable toilet. 🍳 INDOOR & OUTDOOR COOKING - Rain or shine, you always have the option to cook your own meal! There's a dual burner cooktop inside and a Weber BBQ & smaller one burner stove for cooking outside. 👕 LOTS OF STORAGE - Multiple storage options, there is almost nothing you'd have to leave at home! 🌡️ ROOF AIRCON, ROOF FAN, TWO WALL FANS, SLIDING WINDOWS & FULL INSULATION - Fresh air and all year round comfort, no matter the temperature. Hiring rules

• Generous daily 250 kilometre allowance. Calculated over whole trip length, so for a 5 day booking, you can travel 1.250km. $0.50 for each additional kilometre.
• Pets and festivals must be approved in writing.
• No smoking.
• No offroad.
• Pick up: Anytime from 9am
• Drop Off: Anytime until 5pm in summer and anytime until 4pm in winter.
• Return van with full tank of diesel.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this campervan it truly exceeded our expectations. The interior is beautifully styled, modern with a warm, cosy feel that instantly makes you feel at home. Everything was spotless on pickup. The layout is thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage and practical touches throughout. The big bed is super spacious and extremely comfortable we slept so well every night after long days of exploring. The van is also very well equipped and we especially loved the exterior shower such a great feature after the beach or a hike. Everything worked perfectly and made travelling easy and stress-free. Julia and Sam are absolutely lovely welcoming, kind, and fantastic to communicate with. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process seamless from start to finish. You can really see the care and pride they put into both their van and their guests experience. We wouldnt hesitate to book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable road trip!

  Julia and Sam and Riley are one heck of a trio. The communication was so smooth. Riley ran like a dream and she beat all my expectations. Everything worked so amazing and she didnt skip a beat. Cannot recommend getting Riley and going for some van life adventure!

  We had a great time taking Riley from Brisbane to Stanthorpe and then through to Tamworth for the Country Music Festival and then back! We stayed at unpowered sites for 3 nights, and had no issue with the water or fans etc (didnt realise prior to booking you can use the aircon if not powered) We had three adults stay in the van! We stopped at watering holes on the way back so the shower/s on board were super helpful! Julia answered my texts and checked in! Was great! Cant wait for our next adventure :)

  We rented our campervan from Open Road, a family-owned company, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. They are incredibly friendly, easy to deal with, and communication was excellent. Before and during our trip, they shared plenty of useful information that made everything smooth and stress-free. The van itself was absolutely amazing. Everything felt brand new, beautifully handcrafted, and clearly designed with a lot of thought to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience on the road. Every detail felt intentional. During our two weeks of traveling, we honestly didnt see a better campervan anywhere else. The quality of the build really stood out solid, well-finished, and impressively quiet while driving, with no rattles or extra noise at all. Pick-up and drop-off were both smooth, easy, and genuinely pleasant. We couldnt recommend Open Road more highly and would absolutely rent from them again.
