Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Great. John setup the the van for us which was perfect. Had everything we needed. You do need to bring your own camp toilet if nighttime is a necessity. We did

    Great van, had everything one needs when away from home. John & his wife were ever so helpful, they even recommended some great places to explore & eat in the area! Highly recommend!

    Excellent, John and his wife were very welcoming, friendly and easy to deal with. John was available/responded to answer a couple short questions that we had while away which was greatly appreciated. The van was exceptionally clean with everything that was needed for a great few days. It was easy to tow and we found it to be very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. An easy flow with both pick up & return. Would hire again anytime if available.

    Great holiday in 'The Erin'. We didn't actually go anywhere (as we are caravan novices and don't tow anymore) but John delivered the caravan to the powered campsite and was setting it up for us when we arrived. It rained a lot in the 12 days we were there and the caravan itself was fully equipped and storm proof. Hassle free stay! Thanks John.

    Lovely couple to deal with, my wish was a shower n toilet in a van . Very clean and nicely designed and presented
