Excellent, John and his wife were very welcoming, friendly and easy to deal with. John was available/responded to answer a couple short questions that we had while away which was greatly appreciated. The van was exceptionally clean with everything that was needed for a great few days. It was easy to tow and we found it to be very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. An easy flow with both pick up & return. Would hire again anytime if available.

Great holiday in 'The Erin'. We didn't actually go anywhere (as we are caravan novices and don't tow anymore) but John delivered the caravan to the powered campsite and was setting it up for us when we arrived. It rained a lot in the 12 days we were there and the caravan itself was fully equipped and storm proof. Hassle free stay! Thanks John.

Our first ever caravan hire was perfect! Johns van was fantastic and most important cosy. John went over the van with us thoroughly and explained everything we needed to know. Well never look back to tents ever again! The process was seamless and we look forward to doing this many more times.
