Its a great sized camper trailer for our family, however, it doesnt look like the photos listed. Its mouldy and has been used so much its no longer in good condition. Mark was a pleasure to deal with though!

I recently hired this camper trailer for a family trip and unfortunately had a VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. On a positive note, the handover was cordial and friendly. However, the trailer we received was in very different condition from what was advertised. The exterior colour and interior layout made me think it was a different and much older unit, there was no hydraulic table as shown in the ad, and the canvas was in bad shape on pickup. We now realised that there is one advertisement on Camplify for several camper trailers. We discovered water damage inside the camper, with wooden boards and inside partial wooden structure visibly rotten, and even slugs inside, the smell of mildew was strong (in the last two days of camping and after gettign some rain, we realised the canvas had two large holes that let significant water inside). The water tank also leaked badly. I only noticed this after filling it right before departure, and despite the owners best efforts to fix it, which we really appreciated, it didnt hold. By the time we reached our remote campsite, we had maybe 10 litres left and no functioning water supply for three small children. As you can imagine, this issue alone completely derailed the trip. The Brass Monkey fridge also kept failing. The fridges own power cable was faulty it kept turning on and off whenever it was moved. As a result, a large amount of food spoiled and had to be thrown away. In addition, we found the Anderson connection to the solar panels in poor condition and had to fix it ourselves. Ultimately, we had to rely on my car as a power generator for the entire trip, burning through diesel we had intended for short day trips. Overall, while the handover was friendly, the camper trailer was delivered in a condition far below what was advertised and entirely unsuitable for a safe and enjoyable camping trip, especially for a 7 day long and remote trip with a big family of 5. The owner presented no apologies, no acknowledgment of the seriousness of the failures for a remote trip, and no initiative or willingness to discuss solutions such as a partial refund or discount to address the unusable water tank and other issues. Given this, I cannot recommend this experience, particularly for families planning remote travel.

Mark was great to deal with, easy to communicate with and always punctual. The camper trailer was exactly what we wanted for our family holiday, we highly recommend using Mark's camper trailers. Dan H.

Mark was great to deal with. Unfortunately the Glamp it up wasnt as Glamp as I expected. We had some rain and the tent leaked a lot, which put a dampener on our trip.

We had a brilliant trip with Mark's trailer. Mark was extremely helpful and communicated well. The trailer camper is on the large end and had more than enough space for our family of 4.
