Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Tim 4.0Mark was very friendly and accommodating but the van didnt live up to expectations. We went off grid and required water, however the water pump didnt work. The awning didnt attach properly to the van and the 2 fridge/freezers didnt freeze. We lost 4 frozen meals that had been pre prepared and meat juices leaked throughout the fridge which affected my other food. I paid extra for the 2nd fridge. This required a 3hr round trip just to get extra water and supplies, basically losing a day of our holiday and costing us more money in fuel and supplies.
Leander 5.0Excellent service. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Full handover with setting up/down demonstration. Plenty of tips for an enjoyable trip.

Seanne 4.0the pictures show a table inside, we were disappointed there wasn't one, and weather made this RV challenging with some canvas noise and rain issues. But Mark was great and super helpful.
