Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Beth 5.0Great van, very comfortable, clean and in good condition. Would happily book again Nathan was great with delivery, setting up, hand-over and communications.
Nimrod 5.0The caravan was well equipped (delightfully so), in wonderful shape (you could never guess its age) and clean (sparkling). Nathen was helpful and forthcoming when handing over the van, and with any questions we had along the way. We stayed a month in it, and absolutely no complaints. Highly recommended.
