TV/DVD/USB (optional). If you are interested in watching movies, it is a good idea to download some to a USB. Separate shower and toilet cubicle with sunroof and fan. Two sinks, two 12V fans in living/bedroom area. Reverse cycle air conditioning and huge wind up aerial HIRING RULES: Pickup and drop off time is 12pm; (unless otherwise agreed). Pick up and drop off times can be negotiated, early pick up is $30.00. and late drop off is $50.00. PLEASE NOTE: at least two hours notice is required for late drop off otherwise a fee of $50.00 per hour (or part thereof) will be charged until the vehicle is returned. No driving over kerbs or other prominent structures on the road as the water tank and step are positioned very low underneath the van. No off-road driving/beach driving. Only sealed roads. Driving on unsealed/gravel roads must be pre-approved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of Insurance coverage. No smoking, vaping or incense (or anything involving naked flames, including candles) inside the van. Pets only upon application, there is a pet cleaning fee which is negotiable / no festivals. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises. Same goes for the aerial if it has been wound up must be wound down prior to moving or bad weather. Vehicle must be returned cleaned inside and out to the same standard as received, or additional payment for a cleaning fee of $300.00-$500.00 (depending on condition) will be charged. Waste water and Toilet cassette to be emptied on return. *Hirers must empty the toilet before returning or a $119.00 fee applies. Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required. Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 02 4075 2000 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me! If damages occur as well as standard damage charges the hirer will be subject to charges of $100.00 per day everyday until the Motorhome is restored to a hireable condition. Please note there is a limit of 200km/day, extra kilometres can be purchased at $0.00.7 per km. Return with full tank of fuel. Van is to be returned in the same condition as received, i.e. must be clean inside and out. Priority will be given to bookings 7 days or longer. Parking, Speeding and all other Fines must be paid for. Missing items - an additional fee will apply for any missing items. Hirer age is 25 years or over. When rules have been broken a penalty cost applies . Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise it may be cancelled.

Hiring rules

• No smoking or burning of candles/incense etc in the van. No offroad use and no crossing over curbs or any other elevated speed bumps etc. As water tank and step are very low offering only about a 20 cm clearance.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We had a great experience! Dorotka was very helpful and responsive from the very beginning, providing clear, accurate and detailed information. The vehicle was basically new, very well maintained, clean and easy to drive. Everything worked perfectly and made our trip smooth and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Dorotka and her RV - a truly great experience!

  Disappointed is an understatement! My husband and myself were travelling from Scotland on a much anticipated trip. When receiving the van on the surface it looked clean but on usage we noticed Dishes and cutlery were dirty, the van was dusty and there were dirty marks on the cupboard doors at the bottom. When dropping the van off Darokta was confrontational from the beginning, stating that we were lucky she was not charging us for a late return despite us handing the van back 7 minutes late. She also demanded a 300 dollar cleaning fee for the outside of the van. The inside was clean to camplifys standard and policy. She said if we went through Camplify then we would be charged 500 dollars. We later found this to be untrue after speaking to camplify. Darokta completed the camplify checklist without consulting with us and sent it without our approval. We later found out she had specified we had damaged floors and cabinets (costing up to 1000 dollars of damage) which were marks that were already there. Also had put on the checklist she did not charge a cleaning fee so that 300 dollars was money she pocketed. We disputed this with camplify and then received an apology message from Darokta later that evening explaining the damage was already there after she had looked at pre-hire pictures. Although she apologised it was not until hours later but in our opinion the damage had been done as it had left us really upset. We have been shaken from this experience and left us feeling extremely disappointed on what should have been a holiday of a lifetime.

  The van was fine. But if you have your own folding chairs you might want to take them as the ones in the van are very small (child size).

  This was the best experience of my life! Dorotka was warm, friendly and full of advice. Her communication was fantastic, and she was always available for questions and support. I will definitely be hiring this van again in the future. Thanks Dorotka
