Hiring rules

  • 🚭 This is a nonsmoking van!
  • No pets allowed!
  • Save our Kangaroos and avoid driving from dusk to dawn
  • ⛽️ Vehicle comes with a full tank of fuel, please return with a full tank. Please inform us of any breakage
  • 💡 If any lights on the dash appears, stop immediately and call us before you proceed.
  • You will receive the van in a perfect clean condition, please bring it back to us in the same condition. If you do not want to clean the van yourself (inside & out + kitchen ware), please choose our cleaning fee
  • 💰 Cleaning fee $120.00 (Inside & out)
  • 💰 Beach driving fee $250.00. This includes a tyre compressor.
  • 💰 Outback fee $450.00. This includes a tyre compressor.
  • 💰 Recovery Tracks $50.00 per booking.
  • ✅Off Road bookings must be approved by the owner in writing on Camplify's messages.
  • ✖️No go areas; (An undercarriage inspection fee of $650.00 or cancelation in booking might incur on the following )
  • ✖️Gibbs River Road
  • ✖️Dune Driving
  • ✖️River Crossings.
  • ✖️Corrugated Unsealed Roads
  • ✅Stay within the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage and hirer rules on Camplify's platform.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Me and My girlfriend drove from Perth up north with some friends. Two of us had a great time in Rosie. Had all the accessories and equipment needed to be fully self sufficient. The team at WA campers also gave us a good induction and a detailed review of Ts & Cs which was good to understand before taking off. Also gave a good intro on how to use equipment which also helped! Would use again!

    We had an amazing holiday up to Exmouth in Rosie the Prado. Anneke and Renier were really helpful giving us advice on our route and where to stay. We were made aware of the information regarding insurance and the small t&cs upon collecting the car to ensure no extra fees occurred. Pick up and drop off was super flexible which is really helpful when youre travelling so far so we really appreciated that. Would definitely recommend:)

    The van was awesome, as was the rooftop tent, perfect for my holiday and allowed me to setup quickly at camp. I needed the flexibility for my holiday and got exactly what I needed!! Thanks to Anneke & Renier who were both great!! Will be reaching out to them again for my next WA adventure!!!

    We borrowed Rosie the Prado for a beach camping trip with my two kids and it was brilliant. The car was safe and reliable, the rooftop tent was comfy, and all the camping gear and fridge were included, which made camping so easy and menar we could enjoy time together. Pick-up and drop-off were straightforward and communication was great, Anneke and Renier were kind, professional and helpful. Such an easy, stress-free trip highly recommend!
