Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Andy 2.8Camper was dirty inside. Main mattress was also dirty. Front winch was seized and took a lot of effort to work initially. Cooking and eating equipment was not as described (only came with three plates, two cups, no bowls, broken cutlery. Several of the annex poles were broken/non-functioning. Batteries were not fully charged as promised. Fridge shut down after two days despite using provided solar panels in direct sunlight. Anderson plug for 12V input was corroded preventing charging. Martin was lovely to deal with, but I was disappointed with the condition of the camper. Would not recommend in its current state.
