Our family van is jam packed for all you need to ensure an amazing "Van" experience. Whether you are new to caravan holidays or coming back for more- this van will tick all of your boxes. Set up for our family, and ready to share with yours, is everything you need for a relaxing escape. This beautiful van is constructed of high density foam insulated composite panels for the roof, walls and floor, making it incredibly comfortable no matter the outside temperature, Equipped with a Queen bed up front, and triple bunks down the back, there's plenty of room for the Family. (All beds will be fitted with a freshly washed mattress protectors & fitted sheet for every hire) just bring a pillow and Doona/ Blanket 1 bunk can be equipped with a child safe barrier for younger children, and the lounge can be used as an extra bed with the back cushions removed to accomodate a 6th person. A large, well appointed kitchen, leather lounge and bathroom with separate shower will make you feel at home throughout your stay. The Front toolbox is fitted with a Slide out Webber BBQ great for cooking up a meal for the family, as well as a bike rack on top. Included with every hire is the following items: Inside: - Fridge, Cooktop/Grill, Hotwater System (240v or Gas for off-grid use) - A/C, Microwave, Nespresso Pod Coffee Machine, Toaster, Kettle and Air Fryer (240v only) - Soda-stream - Quality Plates/Cutlery/Drinkware - Frypans/saucepan, chopping boards, salad bowls and serving platters - Basic pantry items (Sauces, oil, Salt/Pepper, tea/coffee, spreads etc.) - Bathroom essentials (Body wash, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, etc.) - Bluetooth Speaker, - Smart TV with streaming services, can be relocated outside (roof mounted antenna) - Retractable clothesline (approx 4m long) - Cleaning Supplies, Cordless Vac. Outside: - Camping chairs and folding camping table. - Double clothesline between the awning arms (9.5m of undercover hanging space) - Large Outdoor Floor mat and 3x MUK Mats for entry & steps. - Levelling ramps, BOS jockey leg, - Awning anti-flap kit, Campsmart Water/UV proof side and end shades. - Cordless drill /blower. Additional items available to add to your experience: - 55L outdoor fridge, Great for drinks and snacks under the awning - $50 per hire - 8ft inflatable standup paddle board with paddle, pump and carry bag - $15 per day - 7ft Tahwalhi Softboard foamie Surfboard - $10 per day The Delivery/Setup fee will be based on a rate of $3/km within 200 km of Newcastle with a $100 minimum, however please contact us for a specific quote for your booking as there are many variables to consider. Popular areas approximate delivery* fees as follows: Within 30km of Newcastle -$100 (Stockton, Belmont Swansea) Port Stephens - $150-$200 Central Coast - $ 100-$300 Hunter Valley - $100-$220 *"Delivery" includes Tow to location, setup and return drive at start of hire, then Travel to location, Packup and tow back to Newcastle at the end of the hire period. We ask that van is cleaned & toilet emptied before return - all cleaning items are provided.
