  • HIRING RULES
  • NO OFFROAD / No Beach Driving / No Extended Gravel Road / Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
  • No smoking inside / pets upon application
  • Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
  • LONG TRIPS
  • Hirers are welcome to take the van up to a maximum of 3000 km included in the normal booking price. After 3000 km, you will be charged 30. c per kilometre at the completion of your trip.
  • HIRING MINIMUM TERM a minimum of 5 days booking is required.
  • FUEL
  • Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
  • CLEANING
  • The driver is responsible for cleaning the inside and outside of the campervan and washing and drying the cooking equipment before the dropoff.
  • A cleaning fee of $199.00 will apply if the driver can't or chooses not to clean the van inside and out, or if cleaning is deemed unacceptable.
  • DAMAGE
  • If damage happens, please report it immediately who, what, where, and when will be required.
  • EMERGENCY:
  • If any engine lights come on the dashboard, please pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, and call Camplify on 1300 416 133.
  • SERVICE FEE
  • Service fees include replenishing cleaning products, batteries for lights, butane bottles, coffee, tea and basic pantry or treats.
  • BOOKING FEE
  • The nonnegotiable Camplify booking fee covers really important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, and 24 hour customer helpline, to give you peace of mind.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had an amazing time in Thiagos van! It was perfect for on the go road tripping where you can pull up at any caravan park and fall into bed! Thiago was very easy to communicate with and all interactions were kind and positive. I will definitely hire this van when I visit WA next time!
