Hiring rules

• NO Smoking inside (please do not dispose of any smoking waste inside the van).
• NO Beach Driving.
• Offroad or unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions and terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• DRIVERS Only designated drivers on the booking are permitted to drive due to insurance coverage. Additional drivers can provide license information during handover.
• Due to not having fitted anchor points as well as a sidefacing seat, Winnie cannot take car seats. The minimum age of children traveling in Winnie is 7 years old.
• WHEN OUT ON HIRE
• 1. Reversing even with the rearview camera please use a spotter when reversing.
• 2. Awning please roll away the awning before bad weather; we require you to keep an eye on the BOM website for any heavy rain, high winds, etc.
• 3. Please limit driving at night to avoid disrupting/hitting the wildlife.
• RETURNING
• 1. Winnie must be returned to a preapproved location by 4 p.m. on the final hire day. Later returns can be requested.
• 2. Winnie must be returned fully cleaned (inside and out) and ready to go to his next hire except for the laundering of linen and towels. If he is not returned in this condition, the 'clean the van for me (excluding toilet)' of $250.00 will be added to the final fee upon posthire inspection. Alternatively, when booking, you can add the 'clean the van for me (excluding toilet)' option. Excessive cleaning above what is necessary (e.g., marks on the walls/inside cupboards) will incur a further charge of up to $180.00.
• 3. The toilet must be emptied and cleaned before returning. If Winnie is returned without emptying the toilet, the 'clean the chem toilet for me' fee of $500.00 will be added at posthire inspection.
• 4. Grey water tank must be emptied.
• SERVICE FEE ($150.00) includes
• 1. Washing linen.
• 2. Restocking amenities and basic pantry.
• 3. Gas and water.
• 4. The service fee does NOT include cleaning the inside or outside of Winnie.
• EMERGENCY
• 1. Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on the dashboard. Please contact us and call Camplify for NRMA Roadside on 02 4075 2000.
• 2. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, and call Camplify on 02 4075 2000 to inform them. Please inform us as well (if possible, use the messaging on Camplify's website).
• DAMAGE If damage occurs you must report it immediately to Camplify and us. Who, what, where, and when will be required, and photos of the damage. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of insurance coverage.
• FUEL Please return Winnie with a full tank of DIESEL. The generator tank must also be full upon return (PETROL).
• If you receive a fine during your hire and we are notified after your hire is completed, you must take full responsibility to pay for the fine/infringement notice as soon as possible. We will not be held accountable for paying the fines.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
