Whisper has a pop-top (with window flaps on each side to let in the beautiful breeze on warm summers nights) and an awning off the side to keep the sun off. She also has a 60L water tank with running water and a little hose to wash the sand off your feet after a day at the beach. *Please note that there is no hot-water heater, so running water is cold only.* There is a fridge and freezer, hanging space for either your pantry food or your clothes and a bed that converts to bench seats and a table.

Included within the kitchen/pantry are some basics: - Sugar - English Breakfast tea bags - T2 Green Tea bags - Instant coffee - Coffee grounds (to use with included Moka Pot) - Vegetable oil - Salt & pepper grinders Other handy stuff: - 1x roll of toilet paper - Mosquito coils - Baby wipes - Insect repellant (tropical strength RID, contains DEET) - Small amount of sunscreen (would recommend bringing some of your own too) - 2x camping chairs - AUX cord (3.5mm jack to USB-C) - JBL Speaker - 2x head torches - Cranium Boardgame Do not take Whisper off-road, she will get bogged! Take care with wildlife on the roads - there's no rush, take your time and possibly save some lives :) FOR KANGAROO ISLAND: Much of Kangaroo Island experiences little-to-no phone reception. We would highly recommend downloading local maps for offline use. Hiring rules

  • An additional cleaning charge of $35.00 will be added if hiring with pets.
  • No smoking within the van
  • No open flames of any sort within the van i.e. candles, incense etc.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Perfect! I would recommend this van to anyone who wants to be flexible with their stay on Kangaroo island. Deb and Adam met us at the airport and picked up the van at the ferry terminal when we were done. The van is super comfy and has everything you need, we found really good camp sites for our 4 night stay, wish we could have done longer. Highly recommended.

    I spent 6 days in Whisper around Kangaroo island and the camper was excellent! It was so comfortable - the pop up top was a game changer for both standing space and airflow. The camper had everything I could possibly need, and Deb was an excellent host with very quick communication when I had questions as it was my first time using a campervan. Whisper has given me food for thought on how I want to travel going forward!

    The Van was confortable, clean and tidy; communication was excellent (Deborah&Adam are very friendly). Our holiday was so good!!
