PICK UP in central Box Hill (Melbourne's east) just off the M3, 5 min walk to train/bus/tram. The powerful automatic Mercedes Benz engine and reversing camera make it easy for anyone to drive, and the large windows and mirrors give you unbeatable visibility. FEATURES include * Ensuite w/shower, basin, toilet * Kitchen w/ gas and electric cooking, fridge * Microwave (needs 240v) * Reverse cycle heat/cooling (needs 240v) * Entertainment system (TV, radio, aux, bluetooth, DVD) * Latest Android radio with offline navigation * Anchor point for child/booster seat * Diesel heating (works off grid) 🏍️ Want to take your motorbike, jet ski, luggage trailer or other large item? Tow-bar is available for $90/hire. Please note, this is not a standard fitting, so needs to be requested in your booking. ***IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS FOR OFF GRID TRAVEL*** The van handles overnight stays off grid, based on moderate use. When off grid, the 12v battery will only power the lights and fridge. NB. The 12v will not power high voltage devices like medical equipment (eg. CPAP machine), microwave, reverse cycle air conditioner, hair dryer etc. so if you need more power, please bring your own power bank or battery. Hiring rules

  • If you travel with a pet, there is a mandatory $200.00 cleaning fee
  • Please avoid parking the van near campfires $200.00 cleaning surcharge
  • Outback (eg. Alice Springs) driving $300.00 surcharge
  • No offroad or beach driving ($600.00 surcharge)
  • No smoking or drugs inside ($650.00 surcharge)
  • Festivals might be allowed please ask (unauthorised festival surcharge $650.00)
  • Don’t have time to clean the van (incl. toilet)? We can do it for you. (fee $200.00)
  • 150km free per day. Additional kilometres charged at 50c per kilometre
  • We provide a full tank of DIESEL. If you can't return it full, we will fill it for $50.00 + $2.50/litre
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a great time away in the RV. Everything was comfortable and the van is well supplied. We only had to take our own camping chairs, pillows and sleeping bags so it was easy to pack and go.

    Brilliant, not a complaint to be had . Our first trip and wont be our last with Daniel and Megan or other vans. Couldnt recommend higher

    Roomy and easy to drive. She was lovely to us. Really helpful when off grid (though heads up, take matches for gas stove!). Fridge a great size for 4 or 5 people. Need to be scrupulous with 6 if you want fridge water. Kids and I loved our trip to the Murray for almost a week. Note that you may need to ask for the additional table if needing 3rd bed. Found her to be fuel efficient on the highway too. Pretty easy to park too.

    It was good, clean, we enjoy our holiday. Two things that are a bit uncomfortable are the centre table that cannot be used and the water indicator is not accurate, fresh water and waste water. But overall its still good.
