Additional information

When booking your Caravan site please ensure the site can accommodate a 9.5metre van including drawbar.

Hiring rules

Hirer Must return the Caravan cleaned as received. A cleaning Checklist will be supplied and must be followed.
If the Caravan is returned dirty then the "clean the van excluding toilet" Charge will apply.
The Toilet Cassette must be emptied and flushed out prior to return or "Clean the Toilet" Option will be charged
Please note we supply minimal cleaning equipment, we recommend you bring your own cleaning supplies with you or opt to pay the "Clean the Van for me".
*Broom and Dust pan is supplied

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $150.00 per day
Service fee: $125.00
Delivery fee: $2.00 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
