For a family holiday in luxury the new age manta ray is the way to do it. With queen bed, triple bunks, separate shower and toilet, heating and cooling and a tv for downtime for the kids this is perfect for making memories. Minimum 4 day hire and only for parks and sealed roads

Hiring rules

  • No offroad towing allowed only sealed roads
  • CLEANING We expect our van to be returned in the same condition as received otherwise a cleaning fee of up to $150.00 will be charged. Chemical toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned prior to return. Cleaning products are provided
  • Remove all rubbish and empty the fridge
  • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • Strictly NO smoking inside or around the van if doors and windows are open. (charges may apply for deep cleaning and loss of bookings whilst being cleaned)
  • Strictly NO animals inside the van.
  • No roasting meat/fish in the oven
  • Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
  • All wet linen (used towels, face washers) to be placed in the shower.

  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
