EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they call the NRMA. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. Toilet empty/cleaning charge $50.00. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage. A penalty of $250.00 applies for off road/unsealed roads/river crossing and beach driving as a cleaning charge which hirer agrees to pay as part of the contract of hire. Damages incur additional fees as per insurance coverage.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van is just what you see advertised with a few hidden extras. Nicole was very kind and considerate and easy to work with. I would recommend this van.

    We hired Nicole's van for a week and had the best time. Nicole was very quick to communicate with us before, during and after renting her van. The van had everything we needed, loved the airfryer, the air con/heating really came in handy. As someone else mentioned it was a good thing we weren't too tall as the bed isn't very long. We really enjoyed the built-in outdoor seating at the back. Everything was as described, we would rent from Nicole again if we are ever back in the area.
