We hired Nicole's van for a week and had the best time. Nicole was very quick to communicate with us before, during and after renting her van. The van had everything we needed, loved the airfryer, the air con/heating really came in handy. As someone else mentioned it was a good thing we weren't too tall as the bed isn't very long. We really enjoyed the built-in outdoor seating at the back. Everything was as described, we would rent from Nicole again if we are ever back in the area.

Van runs really well and is very comfortable for two as long as you are not too tall :)

Really great van to hire. Super clean and had everything we needed - even an air fryer! Would definitely hire again if we come back.

We really enjoyed our stay in Roameo! Only some tiny suggestions- installing some privacy blinds over the windows- an insect net/ cover on the back and side doors so you could sleep with the doors open if desired/ leave the door open to go in and out :) And hot water system in the sink :) Roameo was exactly what we wanted and completely functional Thank you Nicole

Communication with the owner prior to the trip were smooth and helpful with respect to planning our trip. She was also readily available when we had a couple of questions during the trip. Nicole was also very flexible with the handover, which made our arrival and departure very easy. At the handover, we were informed that the previous renter had lost a hose fitting and that it was just a few dollars to replace. It was indeed just $3.60, but not being from Australia, we had to go to three different stores spending nearly an hour looking for the piece. The problem is not the money. We were on a very short holiday and time was way more valuable than the $3.60 it cost. We paid extra for van and potty cleaning for that exact reason. Instructions for the various systems of the van were just the collection of manufacturers user manuals, which we had to comb through for the porta-potty as well as the stove top. A small binder with clear and concise instructions would be more user friendly. There is a number details regarding the van that I would have liked to know about before renting it. 1) No inverter. This means that when is not connected to the grid, it is not possible to plug in anything other than phones through USB. No power for a laptop or charging batteries, none of the small appliances either. I have one for my regular car! That one was not installed in a Sprinter conversion was a bit shocking to me. 2) before we rented, Nicole had told us that the van would last 4-6 days disconnected. We lost power after only 3 nights unplugged. Batteries for the camper do not recharge when you drive. Only solar can recharge the batteries. The fridge being electric (instead of gas) consumes a lot, and none of the windows that open have bug screens. This means that when camping in areas that are hot and buggy, the windows are kept closed. But then, cooling the van at night is more comfortable with the fans running, further depleting the batteries. 3) Water. The van does not have a gray water tank. Another thing that took me by surprise in a Sprinter conversion. Gray water from the sink simply drops to the ground along with oils, soap, food bits, etc. When at a serviced campsite with a kitchen, there is an alternative but you have to go to the kitchen unless you think it is acceptable to drop dirty water on the ground (which we were not ok with). But at unserviced campgrounds in natural parks, the only solution is to do a good dry cleaning and finish with a bit of water if needed. This is what you do when you camp out of a tent, but then, what is the point of a van conversion if not to make life a little simpler? 4) The water pump is always necessary (water is always drawn from the tank and does not connect to a tap). This is fine, but the pump makes a loud noise even if not drawing water. This means turning it on and then off under the sink every time water is needed. So overall, this is a nice and comfortable van but with a very minimal conversion. It is best used for roaming between fully serviced campsites. We still had a great time, but I wish that I had been aware of items above before renting.

I had no problem in communication with the owner. I was concerned when the oil light message came up but I took a photo and sent to Nicole and she was aware. I think maybe if there was some coverings on the windows would help with privacy and keep heat out. Maybe the manual in the glovebox to tell you where the petrol cap is. Apart from that all was good
