Hiring rules
- To keep the van in great condition and your trip stressfree, please take a moment to read the following:
- • This van runs on diesel only. Please return it with the fuel level at the same level as when collected.
- • No beach driving or offroad use.
- • Any unsealed or extended gravel roads must be preapproved in writing via Camplify messages before your trip.
- • All drivers must be 25 years or older and hold a current manual licence.
- • Pets are welcome by prior approval only.
- • Please let us know in advance if you plan to attend any festivals.
- • Always pack the awning away if strong wind, rain or storms are expected.
- • Please report any damage immediately, including details of what happened, where and when.
- • If any engine warning lights appear, pull over safely as soon as possible.
- • In the event of an accident, move off the road if safe to do so and call Camplify on 1300 416 133 for roadside assistance guidance — then contact me straight away.
- • A deposit is required within 48 hours of booking approval to secure your reservation.
- • Your booking includes 200 km per day. Additional kilometres are charged at $0.40/km and are calculated through Camplify’s pre and posthire checklist.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
