This luxury van is ready to go. Complete off grid set up to last days on end, or the option to plug into mains power. 100l tank mounted under the vehicle for hot showers at the rear of the van. Internal dining including a 130l fridge freezer and a twin gas burner. Ceiling fan and a maxfan to keep you cool at night. Magnetic insulated curtains for privacy. Kitchen utensils supplied. I can deliver the camper van to you in the ACT if required. Note: there is a $5.00 per km delivery fee.

Hiring rules

  • 1. No Smoking inside the van
  • 2. 300km cap but happy to discuss your journey and km requirements. A surcharge may be applied for extra kilometers
  • 3. Standard pickup 10:30am / Drop Off 10:30am. Happy to discuss other arrangements,
  • 4. Van is to be returned with all amenities and bedding or a fee will be incurred by hirer
  • 5. No offroad / No beach driving / No gravel roads / Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before trip begins
  • 6. Please return the van with a full tank of Diesel
  • 7. Road tolls must be paid within 7 days of hire
  • 8. Please wipe down all surfaces including the fridge and gas stove before returning.
  • 9. SERVICE FEE Your service fee includes:
  • Cleaning time and cleaning products / Wash bedding and clean interior and exterior of van
  • Restocking amenities/gas bottles (GAS & water is supplied and part of the service fee)
  • 10. EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
  • 11.DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where, and when will be required. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of insurance coverage.
  • 12. FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
  • 13. COOKING GAS Gas included.
  • 14. Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
  • 15. AWNING please stow away the awning in bad weather to avoid damage.
  • 16. TOILET please return the toilet clean for a fee will apply.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
