Hiring rules
- If your booking FINISHES on a MonFri:
- You need to book an extra night for the site only as I will pack up the van at 5pm (after work) you are free to use the van for that day. For example if you book Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon you need to include the Tuesday with the park (but not the booking request with me) please ask if unsure. The park may offer a discounted rate to have the van site available til later please ask the park for details.
- If your booking FINISHES on a Weekend:
- I can follow normal checkout hours you are welcome to ask the campground for late checkout. Details below:
- Late checkout:
- Ocean Beach 12pm/complimentary/based on availability or you can pay 50% of the nightly rate to stay til 4pm, Patonga 5pm $25.00) this will allow you more time to enjoy your stay and I will have more time to pack down the expander.
- As a rough indication of times: Friday I will have the van set up by 4:30 pm.
- Please enjoy using the van and respect it by reporting any issues or damages and returning it in the same condition as you found it.
- No smoking or pets
- No offroad use
- Available for Delivery only to Ocean Beach Holiday Park & Patonga Campgrounds: please check with me for other delivery locations.
- If excessive cleaning is required, an additional charge will be incurred. (outside of reasonable wipe etc) If the toilet isn't empty, food scraps, sand, mud or soiling, an extra cleaning charge will be incurred.
- Hirer needs to be 25 years or older
- Please feel free to ask lots of questions as I won't be able to cover everything in this listing. I would rather you ask questions, build your confidence, and have a more enjoyable holiday experience.
- DELIVER HIRES:
- Please vacate the van at least 30mins prior to the checkout time. I need enough time to pack up the van and vacate the site.
- Please make sure you ask for a large enough site to accommodate the van: when setup, the van is 9.6m/31.5ft including drawbar and rear beds, and 3.1m / 10ft wide with slide out.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Ian 5.0Matt was great to deal with he was very thorough and communicated really well. The van was perfect for us two adults and three kids aged 11, 13 & 15 it was very roomy compared to other vans we have hired with both the double beds popping out on either end.
