Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Rob 4.0Van let us down a little, parts of the awning were broken, air conditioning did not work properly, kitchen tap worked but was broken, lock mechanism on door did not work properly, outside of van was dirty upon pickup. Other than that it met our needs.
Neil 5.0David was fantastic to deal with. Van was comfortable and ideal for the family. Will definitely be looking to hire again for future trips.
